Analysis Of The Dead Goldfinch By George Elgar Hicks In Relation To Social Work

Art is a highly skilled professional way to communicate something that can also be understood by a large number of people who don’t have any prior knowledge. Art civilization allows for expression of happiness and sadness. Social work can be described as an academic discipline or profession that deals with individuals, families, communities and their overall wellbeing. The Social Work can easily be connected to everything in society. My chosen art piece comes from the same society as the Social Work.

My choice of art is George Elgar Hicks’ (1824-1914), painting titled “The dead goldfinch”. The art piece depicts a young girl holding a dead bird and is sad. This art piece shows the sadness and despair that a young girl experiences. The painting of the goldfinch reflects the notion that love can be lost. This is clearly seen in the dead goldenfinch. The painting shows a girl who seems more attached to the bird than the boy. There are two possible explanations for this art. First, children are kind-hearted creatures. Children are easily affected and influenced by emotions. This is the result of her deep grief at the passing of the bird. Although she may not have seen the bird before, the fact that the bird died has affected her deeply. This kind of event helps us to be more compassionate and consider animal rights. Second, the bird could be the pet girl in this picture. The sadness indicates an intimate relationship. Pets can become best friends with children when parents are busy. A girl might feel depressed if she has an intimate relationship with a bird. She needs to talk to a social worker about her feelings. A social worker can help her to come out of such situations. She can also make her more open to the outside world and help her to feel empathy for the bird. She appears to be at the point of taking a stand against human-caused bird deaths. The impact of her words may have caused the silence that she feels beneath the sadness. This may allow her to take a major step towards conserving and protecting birds. This artwork also shows how social work can help to understand the experiences of a particular population. In this instance, the population is children. The behavior of the girl represents the attitude of young children towards animals that they don’t like. Young people are more sensitive to small incidents than mature people. They cannot distinguish between different losses and often forget the difference between non-living and living things. Because they only care about the loss and the sadness that it brings, social workers can easily identify the particular population. Does this piece show a social aspect of human life? The idea that art has the ability to touch the viewer in extraordinary ways is what makes it so remarkable. This art shows sadness and loss, as shown in the image of the child. This artwork clearly shows how a child is attached to a bird. The sadness is felt by the child alone, as her family does not seem to be concerned about her. A child who is lonely may experience negative effects. The child may be in depressing circumstances. A social worker is needed to help her. Social workers can be the agents of change. Children’s problems are taken seriously by social workers, who play an important role. This painting shows that children are deeply in love with their bird and the need for social workers to assist them. The importance of pets in children’s lives is vital. It is important for the social worker to establish professional relationships with the child. The fundamental tool to help clients be open to change is relationship. Social work has many principles that support child-centered practice. First, services must be offered to children to improve their social, mental and physical functioning. The child’s family connection should be considered at all costs. The second principle is the most crucial. It is important to assess the development level of children, including their self-care and emotional well-being. Children should be given the chance to express their feelings and desires. A trusted adult should provide support and encouragement to children. Social workers must be mindful of the impact on children when they intervene. This is vital. All interventions should strive to strengthen and create positive networks for children. Finally, other social workers involved in children’s welfare should have access to relevant information and knowledge. Social workers should focus on many aspects when working with children. The social worker should ensure that the child’s best interests are considered and that there is a trusting and positive relationship between the child and the worker. When choosing this piece, the child’s first thought should be to make it their own. Social workers can use a variety of theories to ensure effective outcomes. Child Center Attachment Theory is one such important theory that focuses upon family programs for children who have attachment issues and social difficulties. This covers children who, despite receiving therapy, remain at risk of serious mischief and family breakdown. Child center attachment theory works on the principle that a child can feel safe connected to his or her family. If a parent is well-parented, both parents and children will be able to deal with issues of connection assurance. These issues can be addressed by play therapy and family healing programs, as well as discussion. Child center attachment theory focuses on children and families with behavioral issues. These programs are designed for children who are most at risk of serious harm, such as those who have lost loved ones, are in a family that is falling apart or are moving multiple times. Family attachment is a key factor in the well-being of troubled children, according to our experience. They are effective in helping babies develop in step families. This service is cost-effective and supportive. It works with families to help them find the best solution for their child. The parents’ commitment to their children and the caretaker are key factors in the program’s success. A lot of factors can affect the success of the program, including the parent’s parenting style and family relationship. The child will be happy if they feel secure and loved by their family. If the reverse is true, then the program’s main goal is to foster a mutual attachment between children and their career families. This program emphasizes the importance of family and child attachment, separation, as well protection. The Child center attachment theory is a key point. It combines the importance of treatment and protection in one program. This provides a safe base for families in trouble who need help to find the right path and change their mindset. I was heartbroken when I saw this piece. It is amazing to see the bond between a child and an animal. The intimacy between them is evident in their bonding. Children can be very sensitive so they need to be taken care of. This piece of art shows how difficult it is for her. Children tend to be more attached and connected to their pets than adults. They consider them a family member so any kind of tragedy can really break them. This painting is a work of art. Her eyes show the emotions of children. This painting is one of my favorites.
